Opal Class had a lot of fun exploring some special things from one of the countries in Africa that Miss Towers had visited. They got to try on booboo dresses, carefully investigated some African dolls and sand art and learned how to say Hello in the African language that Handa speaks in Kenya and even learned a song to sing Jambo! They made some beautiful sand art pictures of African animals and created graphic scores, playing them using rhythm sticks and singing to make up their own Handa’s Fruit song! Well done, Opal Class!
